Orienteering Queensland School Orienteering Team to compete in South Australia in September has been announced. The team is:

WOC is over for another year. BBB member, Lilian Burrill and EN member, Kurt Neumann were part of the Australian Team.

36th Queensland Orienteering Championships

21-22 August 2010

Entries are now open for the 36th Queensland Championships which are being held outside Maryborough on 21-22 August 2010.

Queensland's top ranked elite female orienteer, Anna Sheldon (UG), has been selected in the Australian team to contest this year's World Championships, being held in Norway from 8 - 15 August.

Anna was one of  6 women and 4 men whose selection was announced this week by Orienteering Australia. The team selection followed the trials held in NSW on  15 and 16 May where Anna gained a  6th placing in the Sprint event at Macquarie University, a 3rd in the Middle  Distance race at Hillgrove and a  4th in the Long race in the Belangalo State Forest.
